From tented lakeside ceremonies to decorated reception space and dance floor layouts, Lakeview Marina is built for celebrations that feel personal, scenic, and unforgettable.
The wedding package includes access to two lakeside homes: a four-bedroom lake house overlooking Eagle Mountain Lake for the bride and bridal party, and a two-bedroom tiny home for the groom and his party.
Ceremonies can take place along the lawn and concrete seawall with sweeping waterfront views. Optional rental enhancements may include tents, tables, chairs, linens, portable bar, dance floor, and related event items through Taylor Rental, the approved rental partner.
Lakeview Marina is also available for anniversary parties, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, family reunions, and corporate gatherings. For special events, use of the four-bedroom lake house and the waterfront lawn is included for the gathering.

Pricing varies by season and day of week. Lakeview Marina offers peak and off-peak options for both weekday and weekend events.

50% down payment required at booking
$1,000 damage deposit required
Remaining balance due 30 days before event, or 100% down if booking within 30 days.
Bride and groom may spend the wedding night in the lake house for an additional $500.

A $1,000 cleaning fee may apply if the venue is not left reasonably clean and trash is not properly disposed of.
Events must conclude by 10:00 PM and guests must depart by 10:30 PM.
During peak-season Friday, Saturday, or Sunday events, guest parking is located at a lot down the street. Guests may be dropped off nearby, and drivers are shuttled back via golf carts. Off-season and weekday events may use marina boat / trailer parking near the dealership and walk across the street. Guests may not park in the marina’s main parking lot.
Taylor Rental is the exclusive vendor for tents, tables, chairs, and related rental items. Vendors not on the approved list must receive prior approval.
If weather becomes an issue, Lakeview will work with you to reschedule at no charge if possible, as long as no outside vendor costs have been incurred. The published policy also allows a refund minus $1,000 in certain cancellation situations tied to inclement weather in North Texas.
